What makes it different: the emissions mint nothing. There is no protocol token, and nothing in the contracts can issue one — every wRATR paid out was mined first on RATR's own proof-of-work chain, funded from the Ratatoskr masternode fleet's income. The weekly stream tapers 1% an epoch against a fixed lifetime cap, and the contract that books it has no drain, no owner withdrawal, and no way to raise a week's budget above what is already in the pot.
